I do not see too many fellows in the local gymnasium working their legs.</p>
<p>It was not until just recently that I started a more tiring chest exercise.</p>

You will feel those pecs burn by the following day.</p>
<p>This is good, as the muscles can now heal bigger. O.K , so with the chest exercise, like every other exercise, sets and reps are crucial. If you are trying to build up your chest, then heavy weights / lower reps are correct.</p>
<p>The rest period is when the muscles are basically growing.</p>
