When exercising it’s vital to focus on your entire body. I am guilty, like many people are, of concentrating on just some of it. Now, I am not informing you to fully trash your current fitness regime for a new one. I am just indicating the proven fact that many folks forget or dismiss particular areas. I could be a man and wish to build my higher body. I do not see too many fellows in the local gymnasium working their legs.
It was not until just recently that I started a more tiring chest exercise.

You’ve got the incline, decline and the flat bench. As well as this exercise, you may need to add the flys. This is the one you can do with dumbbells, while lying on your bench. You will feel those pecs burn by the following day.
This is good, as the muscles can now heal bigger. O.K , so with the chest exercise, like every other exercise, sets and reps are crucial. If you are trying to build up your chest, then heavy weights / lower reps are correct.
The rest period is when the muscles are basically growing.
